The beginning of the year 2008 marked the birth of National Cement & Concrete Product Factory L.L.C. (NCCPF), a joint venture of ETA-ASCON & ETA-STAR, one of Dubai’s largest employers in the construction industry.

Today, NCCPF possesses 3 strategically located & fully computerized ready mixed concrete plants in Dubai varying from 90 to 120 cubic meters per hour capacity and intends to set up RMC plants in Abu Dhabi too. Equipped with the world’s latest control systems NCCPF is determined to keep up this blazing pace of growth. Concrete shall be transported by diligently maintained transit mixers, boom and line pumps to ensure that NCCPF’s high quality products reach customers via high speed delivery systems, on time, every time.

In addition to the normal testing apparatus for concrete and aggregates, NCCPF Laboratories at the plants possess the most advanced Concrete Testing facilities to test the durability parameters of hardened concrete too. These sophisticated and original testing devices are the best in the world and have been imported from reputed international manufacturers.
